ERA – LGBTI Equal Rights Association for the Western Balkans and Türkiye invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for design, printing, and distribution services within the EU-funded project EU Working Safe: Socio-economic Inclusion of LGBTIQ+ People in the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
This tender covers the production and delivery of policy papers and a regional research report across seven countries in the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
Tender Overview
This call for tenders focuses on the end-to-end production of publications, including:
- Graphic design and layout
- Print preparation and high-quality printing
- Distribution logistics across multiple countries
The selected contractor will work in close coordination with ERA to ensure high-quality production, professional publishing standards, and timely distribution.
Scope of Work
1. Policy Papers (7 countries)
- 7 country-specific policy papers
- Approx. 15 pages each
- 200 printed copies per country
- Total: 1,400 copies
2. Regional Research Report
- 1 joint regional report
- Approx. 120 pages
- Total: 700 copies
Distribution must be organised in:
Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Türkiye, Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.
Timeline and Deadlines
- Tender submission deadline: 15 April 2026, 16:00 CET
- Policy papers delivery deadline: 29 April 2026
- Regional report delivery deadline: 19 May 2026
Budget and Evaluation Criteria
- Maximum contract value: 13,300 EUR
- Evaluation criteria: Best value for money, 80% technical quality, 20% financial offer.
