ERA – LGBTI Equal Rights Association for the Western Balkans and Turkey announces a tender / call for submission of offers for the provision of services related to the development of a baseline study on the current state of LGBTIQ+ rights and inclusion in six Western Balkans countries, within the project „Together for LGBTQI+ Equality” NDICI HR INTPA_2024, financially supported by the European Commission.
The objective of the baseline study is to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and to produce a report that will serve as a reference point for monitoring and evaluating the impact of the project.
The call is open to legal entities and individuals with relevant experience in research, data analysis, human rights, and public policy.
Deadline for submission of offers: 20 January 2025, by 16:00 h.
