Jelena Pilipović

Jelena graduated in 2003 at the College of Tourism in Belgrade with a degree on Tourism Administrator. Since then she has worked in small, medium and large companies in Serbia. In her different positions as accountant, administration officer, assistant of production manager etc. she has gained extensive experience in administrative, financial, business and management fields.

Jelena joined ERA in June 2016 where she wishes to put into practice her administrative and financial experience while contribute on different projects pertaining to LGBTI rights. She intends to add her skills and ambition to ERA’s success and thus contribute to the advancement of LGBTI rights in the Western Balkans and Turkey region.
