ERA – LGBTI Equal Rights Association for Western Balkans and Turkey, is now seeking 2 passionate persons who will be able to implement and convey ERA’s strategy and vision with high impact, in the areas of advocacy and communications. The 2 available positions are as follows:

Advocacy Manager
Communications Officer

Recruitment and selection process
The recruitment process for the 2 staff positions consists of two phases:
First phase
Submitting a fully completed application package which has to consist of all of the following:

Fully completed application form in English language;
CV, which should be up to 3 pages long, in the Euro-pass CV format, in English language. Europass CV template, as well as the Europass CV instructions; 
At least two recommendation letters from previous employers or other entities/persons who can tell us about your professional abilities, skills and achievements.  Recommendation letters should be made with the letterhead of the employer, contact details of the employer, and should be signed and stamped by the employer. Recommendation letters should be in English language. Recommendation letters should be scanned and sent in an electronic format.
For the Communications Officer position samples of previous work (articles, press statements, social media posts, etc.)

Second phase
An interview with selected candidates will be conducted by a three-member ERA Selection Committee. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the interview. Interviews will be conducted in English language.
